Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a highly-motivated, passionate chef to serve as our Food Production Manager. The Food Production Manager overseas the culinary program (serving over 100,000 meals per month) for patients, buffet style café, grill, catering, bakery, and 3 offsite retail foodservices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of culinary management experience. A degree in Nutrition or certification as a Registered Dietitian is preferred, but not required.
