Warwick Forest is seeking an Operations Manager to join our dietary services team!
Job Summary: Manages all day to day aspects of the dining services operations within the facility. Ensures the delivery of a quality dining experience as well as meeting the nutritional needs of the residents we serve. Responsible for meeting all aspects of HACCP, State and Local Health codes. Able to lead a diverse staff and successfully carry out all their essential job functions as well as successfully fulfill all our resident obligations.
Education: Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field is required.
Certifications: Certified Dietary Manager certification and/or Serve Safe certification is required.
Experience: 5-10 years of foodservice management in an upscale operation is strongly preferred. Prefer a CCRC or other Healthcare Environment.
Hours: Flexible days including 2-4 closing days every 2 weeks.
