Chef Ron Sabatini is well-rounded in all aspects of foodservice, with over 30 years of culinary management expertise in healthcare, restaurants, and hotels. Ron is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, with a degree in the Science of Culinary Arts. He is a Certified Executive Chef and has held the position of Executive Chef at elite retirement communities and several prestigious hospitals, including Penn State College of Medicine, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and Geisinger Health System.
Chef Ron is well known for his high energy, cheerful outlook, and inspirational management style, which have led to a long list of professional and personal accomplishments. In July 2007, Ron joined DM&A as an Executive Success Coach and has helped many clients become the best of the best in all areas. Ron?s scope of practice includes, but is certainly not limited to, kitchen, facility and room service design work; cafeteria, retail, and catering menu and recipe development and implementation; trayline menu re-design and implementation; disaster planning; HACCP; sous vide & ROP systems, recipes, designs, and licensures; production modules of IT software; room service infrastructure; new hospital openings; hoodless kitchen designs; contract management to self-op assistance and conversion; and management and catalytic leadership training.

Michelle was instrumental in the successful development and rapid growth of the Nutrition Division at DM&A, including spearheading a new focus directed toward malnutrition documentation and coding that speaks directly to the bottom line while simultaneously improving the quality of patient care. As Director, Michelle guides her team to educate, coach, and support dietitians, Clinical Nutrition Managers, Food Service Directors, physicians, and other members of the patient care team in hospitals across the country. Michelle holds a B.S. in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics with a minor in Chemistry from North Dakota State University.

Brooke completed her B.S. in Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and continued on to complete her M.S. in Dietetics at Mount Mary College. Brooke has an array of experience in many areas of dietetics including but not limited to: clinical, community, public health and management. Brooke joined the DM&A team in 2014 as an Executive Success Coach in the Nutrition Division.
